An afternoon with Ella

I spent a chilly November afternoon with Nick and Jennifer and their sweet daughter Ella in one of my least structured sessions yet. I loved it… truly just following Ella around and letting her be her little toddler self.

This is a little of what we did.

Raise your hand if you are head-over-heels for her dimples and pig tails. Me me me!

Someday I’d love to schedule a day-in-the-life session and literally just hang out with a family all day and photograph meals, legos, dog slobber, naps, tickle fights, wardrobe choices, cookie baking, diaper changes, walks in the park, teeth brushing… whatever the day holds. And then make a big fat album out of it. Does that sound crazy boring to you? It just sounds amazing to me.

Still more catch-up posts coming! Kinda fun over here to relive everything.

Oh by the way, I’m catching up on Facebook albums, too, so make sure you’re a fan of Rockit Photography on Facebook to see more from these sessions!
